On April 1, 2026, as part of the entrepreneurship activities, students from grades 4 to 8 took part in an inspiring and highly useful session on the topic “Kaizen” – the Japanese philosophy of small but constant improvements that lead to big results.
Under the guidance of their entrepreneurship teachers, the children learned that success in business and in life does not always come from revolutionary ideas, but from everyday small steps toward better. Through interactive games, group discussions, and practical exercises, they discovered how Kaizen principles can be applied both in creating their own business and in school life and daily routines.
The students were extremely active, creative, and motivated. Many of them shared that it was the first time they truly understood why persistence and patience are more important than a “big breakthrough.”
The entrepreneurship session on the topic “Kaizen” showed that our children are not only learning theory — they are developing a success mindset that will serve them for life.
